PBS, the Maltese national broadcaster, has revealed the participants for the second quarterfinal of Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2023.
A total of thirteen artists will compete in the second quarterfinal of Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2023 on January 20, from which eight will qualify for the semi-final.
The line-up for Quaterfinal 2 is as follows:
- Francesca Sciberras – “Masquerade”
- The Busker – “Dance (Our Own Party)”
- Lyndsay – “Haunted”
- Maxine Pace – “Alone”
- Marie Claire – “Thankful”
- Ian – “On My Own”
- Kirstie – “Girls Get Down”
- Dario Bezzina – “Bridle Road”
- Brooke – “Checkmate”
- Mark Anthony Bartolo – “Tears”
- Dan – “It’ll Be Ok”
- Dario – “Pawn in a Game”
- Matt Blxck – “UP.”
The Malta Eurovision Song Contest 2023 final will be held on February 11, with Quarterfinals set to return to the Malta Eurovision Song Contest. In each Quarterfinal, 13/14 songs will compete with 8 chosen to progress to the Semi-Final. In the Semi-Final, 24 songs will compete, with the top 16 progressing to the final. Across all the shows, jury voting and a public televote will be held.
The dates of the remaining shows are as follows:
- Quarterfinal Two – January 20
- Quarterfinal Three – January 27
- Semi-Final – February 9
- Grand Final – February 11
