SRG SSR, the Swiss national broadcaster, has revealed that Reto Peritz and Moritz Stadler will be the executive producers of Eurovision 2025.
At the request of the Eurovision Song Contest Task Force, the SRG SSR Executive Board decided that the role of executive producer will be shared by Reto Peritz and Moritz Stadler. The pair will retain their current positions within SRG SSR but will gradually hand over the projects they are currently managing until June 2025 to focus fully on the organisation of the Eurovision Song Contest 2025.
Reto Peritz is currently Director of Entertainment at SRF, the German-language division of SRG SSR. From 2016 to 2021, he was Head of Delegation for Switzerland at Eurovision. He also served as a member of the Eurovision Reference Group from 2019 to 2021. Moritz Stadler is currently Head of Operations at RTS, the French-language division of SRG SSR. He is also a longtime employee of the European Broadcasting Union.
Further members of the Eurovision 2025 core team will be announced at a future date.
Eurovision 2025
The Eurovision Song Contest 2025 is set to be held in Switzerland following the victory of Nemo with “The Code”. Switzerland won the Eurovision Song Contest for a third time, having won the 1956 and 1988 editions of the competition. In the coming weeks, discussions will take place with potential host cities across Switzerland.
