Speaking to Channel 12, Noa Kirel has revealed that she has recorded two potential songs for the Eurovision Song Contest 2023.
The Israeli representative Noa Kirel is in the midst of working on potential songs for her participation in the Eurovision Song Contest 2023. Speaking in an interview with Channel 12 she confirmed that two songs have been recorded to date, one is “talks more about love” while the other is about power.
The singer explained that both songs are in English but also contain some Hebrew. Regarding the style of the songs, Noa describes the two potential Eurovision entries as having “Mediterranean touches”.
Noa Kirel was internally selected to represent Israel at the Eurovision Song Contest 2023. She will select the song that she will perform in Liverpool.
Who is Noa Kirel?
Noa Kirel was born on April 10 2001 in Ra’anana in central Israel. She released her debut single “Medabrim” (Talking) in 2015 and soon followed it up with other successful singles, including her first English-language single “Drum” in 2019. She has won the MTV Europe Music Award for Best Israeli Artist every year 2017. She also performed at Miss Universe 2021, which was held in Eilat in southern Israel.
